Rosemary
is strong medicine in this blend. Its powerful, herbaceous scent will wake up all systems of your body, particularly the immune system and the part of your brain that knows how to direct the body toward self-healing. It is an insistent oil that will strengthen you from the inside out.
Black Spruce

O, Sweet Surrender! As human beings, it is in our nature to grasp, hold onto, get entangled in expectation. Lest we be wholly defined by our clinging, we must welcome and practice surrender. Surrender is not about letting go of the reigns of our life, but about loosening the hold on those reigns so that we can open to and be more accepting of all that comes our way.
