Our Two Shipping Rhythms

Foundational & Power Animal Blends
These blends ship exclusively on Tuesdays. Please place your order by Sunday evening to join the following week’s shipment.

Seasonal/Limited Edition Blends
These items follow a quarterly shipment calendar, aligning with the Equinox and Solstice thresholds, and only ship during their designated fulfillment windows. Visit our Thresholds Calendar for details.

* A note about Combined Orders: If your order contains both Everyday and Seasonal blends, the entire order will ship together during the designated Seasonal window.

Shipping Rates

We ship via USPS (Priority or Ground Advantage) to ensure reliable delivery to your postal mailbox in the United States.

Orders of 4+ Bottles: FREE SHIPPING (excludes wholesale)
Orders of 1–3 Bottles: (outside Colorado): $5.95 Flat Rate
Orders of 1–3 Bottles: (within Colorado): $4.50 Flat Rate

Note: We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Carrier & Delivery

USPS Protocol

Because we ship exclusively via the US Postal Service, please provide the shipping address where you regularly receive your mail. Delivery Confirmation is included with every shipment.

Arrival & Responsibility

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the USPS tracking system, BodyMantra is no longer responsible for the shipment. You may track your parcel at usps.com.

Our Commitment to You: We understand how important these blends are to your daily practice. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery window. While we cannot guarantee a replacement in every scenario, we are committed to working with you to find a resolution that honors our relationship and your journey!

Rush Orders

If you require expedited or express shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; additional Rush and Express Mail fees will apply.

Return Policy

I make everything fresh to order—there is no shelf of finished bottles of oil behind the scenes—so I've chosen to have a no-returns policy. Instead, I've set up a robust samples program so that you can enjoy the benefit of testing the blends that speak to you and find your fit before you commit to that full-sized bottle: Deluxe samples, $3.00 each — mix and match 2-4 samples, plus receive 15% off your full-sized order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me with a photo and your order number, and I'll take care of a replacement right away, at no expense to you.
